The vet was thorough and informative. The staff were all nice and sweet !
I have a senior dog and Dr. K and staff were awesome. They took the time to discuss treatment options for his severe arthritis and sight issues vs. Quality of life. Their time and patience speaks volumes.
Thanks to all the staff at banfield hospital for diagnosis my little dog Sadie. She was diagnosed with a cold trachea. MEDS were prescribed and she's a lot better. Thanks for saving for saving my Sadie's life thanks to everyone for a job well done

The staff at Banfield are not just kind and professional to me; they also are very considerate with my two dogs!
My experience with Banfield was great. Dr. K was very patient with me because I had a lot of questions. My dog had an accident in the exam room, the Vet herself actually went and grabbed a towel to clean it up. Dr. K gave me reasonable expectations, options and solutions for what's to come with my dog because of his newly found out condition.
