When my dog's wellness plan is up, I will be finding a new vet that cares. The people who answer the phone are mindless. I have called to ask for immunization updates, reminders and for records to be sent to groomers/boarders. Not once have they answered those requests the first time. They discard until you call back angry that they didn't do what they were supposed to do the first time. Twice I have taken an animal in an emergency situation and twice they have refused to see the animal since it was " too close to 5 o'clock" and "that I could come back in the morning" -- in the first instance the animal wouldn't have made it through the night -- Thank God for a nearby vet that saw and healed her -- Banfield used to be very caring when Dr. Bowman was there years ago -- They may still be, but only if you have an appointment --
