I will never ever recommend this place! They let my sweet boy die! I dropped him off on a Tuesday morning because he was peeing blood and even took them a sample and paid around $150 can't remember as this was over a year ago, I had the pet insurance for my dog and got talked into taking a more expensive plan so he would be covered for test so they claimed but because I wouldn't have the extra money till that following Thursday they did absolutely nothing! I came 3 weeks ago for a urine test done to check for a UTI with my dog. I was told it would take 30 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and 40 mins I asked for a refund as I needed to leave. Suddenly the test was complete and the urine came back fine. Pretty sure it was never actually tested bc she now was in so much pain this morning and blood was in her urine that I took her in for emergency today (Easter) and like I thought...she has an infection! Thanks for wasting my time and money. I will not be back.

I generally love the people and the veterinary office. Yesterday I took my kitten in for a vaccination and they had a new vet who gave me no information on side effects etc. She also told me after the fact, that she had been trying new tests on my baby. I would have been happy if she’d discussed it with me first. I didn’t even meet or see her until she was finished.

Love theVet Tech the Vet as well as everybody was just awesome my little shady girl got awesome care I left there very happy. They was very informative and helpful I know I found the perfect vets for my girl thank you so much everyone
I absolutely love this place. I've been to 3 different vets and have yet to find one that cares the way that Dr. McKain does. She's by far the best and I know I can always count on her to make things right. I am on the wellness plan. It is a little pricey, but at the end of the day I know my animals are taken care of here.
Best staff and doctors around. We have moved out of High Point, but the drive is worth it, just so our 5 babies continue to get the great care they always have.
