Recommendedmy humans have heard some negative things about banfield. as far as being the patient I am not disappointed. while I don't like needles belong stuck in me I know it's for good. the vet and her assistant were every comforting. and I think my human got the choice of vets right.
The staff here are always very kind and very understanding. Highly recommend!
Horrible HORRIBLE service. My dog was in their care ALL DAY LONG and not once did they let her out or give her water. How dare you call your business a pet hospital when you do not take care of the pets of those of us who put them in your care. Cruel treatment that could put my pet's health in danger. DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL! EVER!
Dr. TRAGER is the best. They always have time to see my pup if he is feeling ill and accomodate any other needs on short notice.
So Generally speaking, I have had decent to great service her for my pup. They have seen her in emergency situations (she is epileptic). However, the other day I called in a refill for my dogs seizure meds. Only to follow up 2 days later and them un-apologetically tell me they never called it in. So they would need to talk with the dr and then get it called over. Seriously!!!! I gave you more than 24 hours notice to call in my dogs seizure meds, you know the ones she needs to not have seizures, and you could care less. This ... read more
