My poor dog could have been saved if this hospital didn’t care about money. I went in because Lady had a mass on her right side that was the size of a basketball cut in half. She was in pain crying. I was told that it was fat pads and she had the same thing on the other side. She continued to get worse and not eat or drink and had a hard time waking. 0 stars. yanked my friends chain when it came to her cat telling her she needed a million and one test, vaccines, treatments, ect only to be taken to another vet who found out instead of thousands in tests and meds, she just had allergies. cats been fine sense.
RecommendedFirst time ever here and the staff was so very nice and very consurned about what was going on with Kenna before we were even seen someone came up and talked to us about her. The vet was wonderful we had a big decision t to make about Kenna and they gave us our time and space to do so. They didn't hurry us at all. I was so pleased with this place. We had to end up putting Kenna down and they let me stay to be with her and they gave me time with her afterwards they were so very nice about it. When and if I ever get another do... read more

I love this place! I had an emergency with my dog. I was so messed up, yet they understood me and didn't write me off. They took the time to explain everything to me. I used to take my dog somewhere else but I think I'm going to take her here from nowbon. The people at the other place seemed indifferent to me. Yes this is a little more expensive than where I used to take her, but I think/feel that it's worth it!!!
We had been previous Banfield patients at a location in New York. My dog that I adopted with cataracts was told there that there was nothing they could do for him. Within a few weeks of moving here, and starting at the Utica location, the doctors at Banfield Utica properly diagnosed my dog and started him on treatments that make his quality of life so much better. Had quite a few problems at the Roseville office after their veterinarian left so I switched to this location. I was a little nervous about sticking with Banfield but I'm very happy I did. I spoke to Jessica several times and she's completely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Service was excellent!
