Did not have a good experience here. I have taken my pets there for 29+years an today I called needing an apt to get my pet in because of an injury an they said sorry we can not see him . I had to find a different location even though I have been on their wellness plan for years as well. I did try the chesterfield location an they did an awesome job ! But I will be canceling my wellness plan an looking for a new vet !
I took my pup for free exam and to get rabies shot, 2 days later got her groomed there inside PetSmart and they did a great job!!! Stacey was my groomer and she’s awesome!!!
We have had positive experiences here . They were very passionate when one of our babies passed . I'd like to shout out to Jessica . She was and is so very passionate with the care of our fur babies .
I will never recommend the wellness plan to anyone. They are heartless and only care about your money not your pet. If your pet dies that don't care they still want a year of monthly payments even if you only used 4 months and only had your pet to the vet one time for a check up. I'm done with Banfield. All I can say is finish your years installments and get out of the wellness plan
I thank everyone there for their compassion and professionalism during a very difficult time. The sympathy card was a very nice gesture. We will be bringing our pets there for all of their medical needs.
My Family and I are so happy with the Dr. here. She is very through and shows Wonderful care to our 2 year old chocolate Lab (Ranger!) We also enjoy the affordable monthly payments Instead of a large bill. ThankYou Dr.
I love them at Banfield they love Bella and always take good care of her. :)
