After 8 years of using an Optimum Wellness Plan I’m having to leave Banfield (Pembroke Virginia Beach). Please understand that the staff does everything possible to provide good customer service. The issue is Banfield overselling OWP plans… far too many customers for the hospital to provide quality care. It’s unfortunate that it takes months to get an appointment and then an entire day tied up with a drop off. It’s very sad that Banfield is using COVID as an excuse to not do in-room exams.
