they never have openings no matter when you call the lady at desk is rude would not even Carry road kill in there
It seems that every time I've needed to take one of my dogs in to this location there's never anyone there to help us. Whether it's something as simple as a nail trim or something more serious like an injury to our dogs. Went in today and was told there's no doctor there. Um, isn't this a "hospital"? Seems rather odd there's no doctor there on a day they are open. Guess the rest of the staff just needed to get paid to be there. From now on I think I will "ban" Banfield. Made it all so easy for me and confortable for my kitty !!!
I have seen 3 Vet's that work at this location and all three are very professional. They handle my 2 German Shepherds and 20 year old cat very well. Dr. Scully is well known for his expertise in surgical skills. He will see guinea pigs and rabbits. The other two vet are through as well and provide great owner education.
The staff was nice, I took my Max for a Second opinion & had to pit him down. Dr Scully gave me false hope! He said Max had acute kidney failure & his heart & lungs sounded good. Not 12 hrs later, my vet. (With Banfields lab results) said he had chronic kidney failure & his heart was so weak she heard murmurs(failure) and his lungs were congested. The only humane thing to do would be put him down. Dr Scully wanted me to spend hundreds of $'s when there really was nothing that could be done. My heart is broken .... GO TO a MO... read more
These folks are family. They are compassionate beyond belief, professional, and just good people. Their wellness plans for pets are awesome, and save me alot of money on vet visits..
I love them. I take my dog regularly, but they were so kind to send me a card signed by several staff members when I had to put my cat to sleep. This really solidified for me that they're where I want to take my pets for the best care.
