Recommendedvery friendly understanding environment
We paid close to $700 for them to remove a small grown on our dog. 2 months later and it's still bleeding. We've taken him back and the issue persists. Each visit costs. Please don't subject your pet to this place.
Over the last year or so the level of service received has declined drastically. Apparently actually speaking to a vet during a VET appointment is not a common practice anymore. The extreme poor quality of service I receive has me extremely worried about how my babies are taken care of during drop off appointments. After my experience today we will NOT be returning. EVER. I've been taking my kitten here and the doctors and nurses are great with her and they explain everything so I know exactly what they're doing for my baby. And I'm on their well pet program and it's well worth the monthly payments.
Ever since we’ve had pets, we have been at Banfield. And after this past weekend, I doubt we will ever use anyone else to take care of our fur babies. This past Sunday, August 12, we had to make the painful decision of putting our beloved Oakley down. The staff at Banfield were so kind and caring during that process. Dr. Irving explained everything to us in such a kind and gentle way and assured us we were making the right decision. Ms. Dottie and Alexis were great as well. They are good with difficult pets as long as it’s routine stuff, but don’t help if your animal is sick or hurt. Useless to call them then.
I absolutely lovethe staff there, very friendly and love the vet to.
