First time at this location, and the customer service was outstanding. Jenni and Sofia went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. One of the front desk lady was also very nice . You can tell they love what they do.
Love our experience at this Banfield since moving from Winchester. The wait time to check in is always reasonable and quick; the vets are very knowledgeable, kind, and informative; and the location is easy to get to. My anxious dog is excited to go see them and chills out easily, which is a big win!
