We love this Banfield location! Everyone is friendly and caring. The front desk staff is welcoming. The Vet techs are great with our pets. We have had good experiences with all the Veterinarians we have worked with, but Dr. Switer has been the one we have worked with most and we love him!
I was enrolled in Banfield's Wellness Plan without fully understanding it was a non-cancellable yearly contract — $80/month that I could not get out of regardless of my experience. During my time as a member, my dog's vaccinations were mishandled on multiple occasions: she received double doses and incorrect vaccines. TL/DR: DO NOT go to Banfield. Horrible customer service and they just want to bleed their customers. Once you’re in, good luck getting them to let you cancel. Banfield is the basically a timeshare for veterinary care. Once you sign up with them they will not let you cancel. Then they will continue to charge you monthly regardless of how many times you contact them. Everyone was very helpful. The tech was gentle with Willow. The doctor explained everything.
I almost left Banfield entirely a few years ago because of this location, but I tried again (usually we go to the Banfield in Leesburg inside of PetSmart). My girl is older now and has always been really anxious at the vet. Often medications prescribed do not work for her, and it is challenging for vets to get any work done with her.
