A special and heartfelt shout out to the Team at Banfield Capital Hill (Dr. Byrd, Marlys, Jessica and Gloria) and to Alissa at Banfield in Lynnwood. When my daughter's dog needed emergency surgery yesterday (Saturday), Alissa called numerous places and spent time trying to help us find a place to take her. Without Alissa's help we never would have been able to get the urgent care our dog needed. Without Dr. Byrd and her team the outcome would have been very different. This Banfield is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Byrd was very kind, and her nurse Alex was so kind with our new Great Dane puppy. I am looking forward to seeing them again to get all her shots done on the puppy wellness plan.
Dr. Gregory and Alex get the biggest shout out but all the other people Amy and Phoebe saw in the last months were awesome as well! We are sad to leave due to our move up north! Thanks for everything. You are the best!!
