First off I'd like to start by saying we go to a different location usually and have a perfectly fine time but our dog is sick, not sleeping and in pain we had to go with the soonest appointment. This location was different our dog spent 10+ unexpected hours WITHOUT them updating us at the vet. I brought my cat to this pet hospital for a general examination as I had just adopted him. I filled out the form online stating what was needed to be looked at (itchy skin and sneezing/coughing) AND the form I filled out right before the appointment. After it took 2 hours for them to call us and let us know we could pick up our cat, the vet said everything was fine aside from his teeth being dirty. This company has now put me into collections for a bill that they refuse to speak with me about. A bill for services that were never completed. I have been trying to get them to call me back for over a year. A WHOLE YEAR! I spoke with the regional manager once, and after he investigated, I got an email saying that they were no longer interested in investigating my case, and that my only option was to pay the bill and shut up. Im currently fighting the credit bureau to investigate their fraudulent practices. Stay far away.
We went to our appointment today after receiving an email reminder a day ago. We found a note saying the place was closed. They didn’t even bother to call their clients and inform them. Last visit, the doctors were in a rush and commented multiple times that the place was closing soon so they “wouldn’t have time to get into more details”. RecommendedWe had to put our cat to sleep tonight. The staff and the Dr were so compassionate and so very kind. We had had Gus for 12 years- he was at least 14, he was a rescue. They gave us a quote and it was accurate. I cannot tell you how kind everyone was. They treated us like treasured family members not like just an income source. When we get another rescue, we are Banfield customers for life. They were the best.
