We've used this veterinary hospital for 4 years now & we're very pleased with the services we've received & the prices are much lower than we had anticipated. Our dog is not just a pet, she's a family member & the staff at the hospital treat her like family as well.
If I could give them a higher rating than 5, I would. The crew there are wonderful to my 5 dogs. They treat them like their own. They also are helpful to me and pay attention to my concerns.
I would never recommend Banfield for anything but shots. My dog had an undiagnosed case of e-coli which I was told was not contageous by a vet on staff and required considerable expense (around $1K) in tests/x-rays which could not be read locally but required reading at the corporate level. To make matters worse my dog would not get better as she had a food allergy which I found out from others who had the same breed. Shame, Shame on you Banfield!
