RecommendedWe have been going to Banfield for years now! We absolutely love Dr. Emily and all of the staff. Our boxer gets so excited as soon as we walk in and loves all of the techs. We have only ever had positive experiences since going there. I highly recommend them!
When we tried to move our refills of ear meds to Chewy to save money.They gave us a hard time and said we need a new appointment even though they just saw him in June and was going to refill it at that time.I told them that day we would be moving our meds to Chewy and they said NO PROBLEM.Well I guess that wasn't true....So now we are moving our pet!.Seems a little greedy.For the record our meds are 15$ less from Chewy and we get free 2 day shipping.So long Banfield and PetSmart.

Made an appointment for ear infection, everything was done... medication was put in at the office. Was told to come back for a check up the following week... never was informed that there would be another payment for coming or that they were giving him medication during the check up and that, that also was going to be more money. This place has been nothing short of amazing for my baby girls. I have two dogs, and they love my girls. They’ve made availability for me when I needed to bring my dogs in on short notice, and they are very thorough with their information. Incredibly nice staff, also!
The Massaponax Banfield staff is always on top of it! They are always there when you need them and are always willing to do their absolute best to get my pup taken care of!
You would never think a dog would be so glad to see a vet....but in my case it’s like a day at the spa....you can tell the associates love their jobs as much as the animals they care for.
Very disappointed that they wouldn't work with us on a payment plan for an unexpected illness for one of our pups. Now he's not even eating or drinking. We chose to goto them because our regular vet is closed on Sunday's and is over an hour away. It's very upsetting that they would turn away a sick animal because we weren't able to pay the full costs today. It's not like we weren't going to pay at all.
