Great personalized service with people who really care about your dog is not only possible but realized in the happiest of splendor, surprisingly at a big veterinary franchise!
Poor communication. We had a vet appointment at the banfield Bellevue with a drop off of 7:30am, with text confirmation of date/time/location. When we arrived no one was there. We waited 40min in the lobby with a no show of any staff so we left. After reading other negative reviews on Google perhaps this was a blessing in disguise not to leave our pet in their care.
We always have a good experience here. The vets are super friendly and we haven't experienced any delays in the appointment time. Plus, the costs are reasonable and I never feel like I have to sell my first born child to pay for the vet bills for the dog. I highly recommend them.
