This company has now put me into collections for a bill that they refuse to speak with me about. A bill for services that were never completed. I have been trying to get them to call me back for over a year. A WHOLE YEAR! I spoke with the regional manager once, and after he investigated, I got an email saying that they were no longer interested in investigating my case, and that my only option was to pay the bill and shut up. Im currently fighting the credit bureau to investigate their fraudulent practices. Stay far away.
Excellent service. – Brought my chocolate lab in after she was vomiting. They knew exactly what she needed and didn't overcharge me as my previous vet hospital would. Glad I came here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly neighborhood vet hospital.
Amateur docs at best :( – HORRIBLE experience last week which unfortunately ended my 8 year relationship with Banfield as a loyal customer.
