I have been bringing all of our pets (2 dogs, 3 cats) to Banfield for years, and their staff is amazing. When I had to put one of our cats down last year, Dr. Ames was amazing. Late last summer our 6 year old Jack Russell mix suddenly went blind. Dr. Ames was great with him, and pushed to quickly get him in with the WSU Animal Eye Clinic in Spokane. Since his SARDS diagnosis both Dr. Ames and Dr. Wiens have been awesome with him. Dr. Weins even went as far as to examine him while sitting on the floor as a safety precaution. ... read more
Our cat had to be euthanized. He had FIV. The doctor and staff were compassionate and helpful. The waiting room was full and people were coming and going but they stayed professional and helpful. So we had a good experience and a bad one at the same time. We'll be using their services again.
Terrible doctors, unprofessional staff, didn't care for my dogs life, just wanted to be sure to be off work on time. Never trust them with your pets!
I love the doctors there but Jennifer at the front desk has continued to be rude and very unprofessional. Today we ask to speak to a manager, she told us that she was and that there is no general manager or anyone above her. All I am wanting is to speak to someone who can resolve this on going problem with our dog that been misdiagnosed.
Great vet. Awesome service and caring staff. Have been to meadow hills and Pasco animal hospital and this by far surpasses them both. Very cost effective as well
Awesome vets who really like our dogs, all four of them. Has saved us thousands of dollars!
Awesome place for our pets. The staff is great to. Since we travel all over the US, Banfield are just about everywhere, versas our local/hometown vet who is not.
