Full of lies. Your animals will always be dying to them or seriously infected. They want you to leave your animals all day even though they only need a 5 min check up. Worst banfield ever. They will never do anything in front of you like other banfields. They always call me hours later to say its worse than expected. Its all bs. I'm stuck in a contract but soon leaving because another vet confirmed they are full of it.
Recommendedthey are always very friendly to my pups. they make sure they are comfortable when they take them back to the doctor. staff offers treats after nail care. scheduling is always easy even with my busy schedule.
this place charged my friend for a chip and then never put the chip in her dog. she has spent lots of money on this dog and now hes missing. :( on top of that get a second opinion when dealing with this place. they like to charge you for medicine you don't need and then tell you that you don't care about your dog. oh and they said the dog had a torn acl and that the dog would have to be put down without even giving him an x ray? took him for a second opinion and the other vet was shocked at their diagnosis without doing an x... read more

Always friendly and helpful. We have our dog on a plan that makes things super easy.
They have taken care of my two bloodhounds all of their lives. I have one with severe skin allergies, so we are in regularly. The girls at the front love my dogs and make time to greet them and know them both by name. Dr. Olsen is wonderful—compassionate and kind, she has called me after her normal work hours multiple times to ensure that my questions have been answered and I am comfortable with their care. I have been very impressed with her rapport with my girls.
