My husband and I took our cat into Banfield last night for his yearly checkup. The staff were very professional and caring. They knew our cat by name and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Banfield to anyone who is looking for a good veterinary office to take their pets too.
We went on to have my sisters 17 year old cat euthanized. They were very kind and very understanding. I can't say I enjoyed my vist but I do want to thank them for making a hard day jut a little easier.
A special thank you to the team for the card and the foot print card of my baby boy. It's been a rough week and this was such a sweet gesture and one that I'll never forget. RIP Bubba!
