We took our 10 week old black pug into get his shots. Very professional staff and informative and friendly Dr. Anna. We signed up for a wellness packet that will save us money over time.
When our dog Toffee was approaching the end of her life, ~ Banfield Pet Hospital was caring and compassionate. They helped her to go peacefully and with dignity. :'( The next week we received a Sympathy card in the mail from Banfield, hand signed by so many of the employees. They also sent us Toffee's paw prints with the card. Thank you so much, ~ you helped out with such a difficult time in our life, and truly cared throughout the process. We are grateful! <3

I brought in my niece #MayaTheChihuahua just for her nails to be clipped and the lady that was at the desk was soooo sweet and gentle with Maya. It was only her and the Doctor available at that moment and Maya went in and out in like 10 minutes!! Maya was whining the whole time (she's kind of a cry baby) and could be heard in the whole clinic and the reception lady didn't even blink about it or seem annoyed. No JUDEMENT! thank you for that!
