RecommendedBest vet team you’ll find in Tucson! Dr. Penton and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and have your pets care at the core of their practices. I came to this Banfield location years ago and despite it being a bit of a drive, I choose to come to this location because of the wonderful care they’ve shown my pets and me over the years. Highly recommend this team!!

we took our dog here after taking her to another Bannfield location and the Dr. and his staff literally saved her life!. The Dr was able to diagnose her and treat her right away..Dr. Michael is a true saint and proved he does what he does for the love of the animals he treats.. his staff is excellent and they were very generous and respectful to us...and the best news iis Penny is recovering great and will be healthy again in a few days! thanks with all our hearts!

The staff and Dr Rice are wonderful. I would like to warn folks about the Banfield Wellness plan. Months after my Zoe was put to sleep, I received a call from a "collection agency" telling me that I owed the balance of the plan year even though Zoe was dead and no longer using the benefits. This little tid bit of information is not something they tell you up front as they're trying to sell you the plan. Also, the vets tend to leave Banfield at an alarming rate, so if one vet has diagnosed an issue and leaves you're told to c... read more

I would like to thank the doctors and techs and all the staff at this Banfield Pet Hospital. My little guy has been ill for quite a long time and the people at this location went above and beyond with him. He had a heart problem and they took care of him and made him feel better. My baby, Cash, passed away about a week ago, which was very, very hard for me even though he was over 15 years old. I received a card from this location and it was signed by all the people who worked with him. I can't tell you what that meant to me.... read more
