in my life I have never had this kind of negetive experience. called on an emergency basis, 1st available appt on Fri???!!! (its Tues) Get bent Banfield. This is how they treat long standing clients? My family has spent thousands over the course of time. We have 4 dogs and a cat. My cat goes to VCA El Mirage. Dr. Waltman is extraordinary. Will be transferring the dogs there as well.

They have bad customer service! The vet assistants and the vet are rude/ have a bad attitude! I get the sense that the vet is in the business just for money. She pressured me into approving the extraction of 6 teeth. When I said it was too many teeth, she answered me very nasty. Pretty much implying that if I don’t give permission to extract that many teeth then I am a bad pet parent. That is not ethical Dr.McCormick! 103 lb rottie and my 60 lb girl dog wh hates going to doc and me.... they helped, they held, they calmed! I will be back. Lady doc super cool!
My husband took our dog Jackson last week because he was very ill. We don't remember the vets name but he was very kind as was the whole staff. Unfortunately Jackson passed away that night so I called the next day to inform them and see what to do with his antibiotics (we are donating them to a shelter). Well today, we received a sympathy note signed by the staff. He was a very loved dog and I can't even express my gratitude that they thought to send one. Anyone who knows me will tell you how attached I am to my dog. Thank you so much to this place for helping me. They are so dedicated to helping animals and helped me figure out how to afford to do so. My baby is already feeling better. Plus the staff here even called to check up on her which was amazing.
