They are TERRIBLE,,on every single level the worst business I've ever encountered.
Comprehensive has been great since we signed up with it in 2013. But when you need them the most when something is wrong with your dog they are not there for you. Tried to get an actual appt for my dog to be checked out by a doctor and I was told they can see her in 1-2 weeks!!! Seriously?! That's ridiculous!! Why am I paying for services when I can't even get an appt?!?!
Banfield Animal Hospital got to be the worst places to take your animals, they are a corporation they're more concerned about money than the well-being of your pets. I was attempting to have my animals vaccinated at a different Animal Clinic Banfield refused to release my medical records to the new Clinic. Not a good way to conduct public relations
One of the doctors refused to spay my dog after I had signed up for their insurance program and then boldface lied about an exchange we had over the phone. Very unprofessional. I took my dog to another vet and they did the spay with no problems.
I just switched vets and I am so happy I did! Very professional and informative staff. They took great care of my dog.
Without the competency and kindness of Dr. Knisley, the trauma of having an injured pet would have been unbearable. In the past few years, we have relied on Dr. Knisley to help our sweet ChaCha Louie through a myriad of medical problems. He has always been honest, fair and understanding of our needs. Dr. Knisley is a hero in our book.
