I drive 1 1/2 hours just so I can have them to look at my dog. They are a little slow in getting your animal back to look at. The staff are really friendly.
I LOVE the staff at Banfield. They know my pets and me very well. They remember so many details and show genuine concern about our well being. They explain everything thoroughly and never talk down to me. The Wellness plan has saved me a lot of money over the years. I highly recommend Banfield!
