I was looking for a new vet to take my Cat Ariel too because the last 1 we went to was very unprofessional but as for this 1, they made us feel comfortable and were very professional. I was not treated like I was stupid and I was able to ask questions with ease and be able to talk to the Vet and Assistant with ease and not get judged and feel like im a bad owner. I have been taking my fur family to Banfield since I moved to Indiana.....they are so good with Buddy...he’s a handful and they always handle him so well. I’ve always felt like they really care..
I love the establishment and the staff. I just moved from North Carolina to Indiana and transferring all my dogs records and the wellness plan...I would recommend the wellness plans for all animal owners due to convenience and treatment received under these plans..
