They have eased my mind multiple times with my dogs while providing outstanding care including making sure my dog had the best surgeon possible. *** We are crazy about everybody @ the St. Charles Banfield!*** (Tucker our Boxer Mix & Louise our BostonTerrier are Dr. Howard Eisele fans) We are always comfortable to drop off teeth cleaning, testing & even surgery.
I wanted to say a word of gratitude to Dr. Eisele who was there for us this past Saturday when we decided that we needed to put our family cat, Isaac, to sleep. Isaac's cognitive ability and eyesight were failing him and we felt his quality of life was not how we wanted to remember him. Isaac lived a healthy 16 years under the care of this Banfield location and, even up until the end, he maintained his amazing agility and friendliness. I took a kitten there for a check up. They looked at her, treated her for a couple issues set us up with the monthly billing for care and shots and sent us home. The kitten got worse and was having problems getting around so we brought her back and they suggested a paste food. We cared for the kitten as directed. The kitten died the next day. I had to go back and forth for many days to stop the billing for FUTURE treatments for a deceased kitten. $300 NOT well spent!
