If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had the worst experience in the world. I recently moved out to St.Charles and my cat had developed a URI. I took her to Banfeild to get checked out. I was told I wasn’t allowed back with her, fine it’s COVID. But then the manager her name is Halley. Terrible service! I took my pet here for a wellness exam, except she wasn’t examined. I suspected this and too her to a different vet less than an hour later. She had a bad ear infection. Banfield claimed nothing was wrong with her. $150 down the drain. — Highway K location in Ofallon, MO

They have eased my mind multiple times with my dogs while providing outstanding care including making sure my dog had the best surgeon possible. I’ve called them multiple times early morning and they are always willing to see them immediately.
