My dogs were Gunnar and Samantha Martin were seen on Wednesday July 15th, 2020 at the North Frederick Banfield at 2450 Osprey Way S, Frederick, MD 21701. Gunnar for a dental and Samantha for a dental with tooth extraction. Amazing team at this Banfield. My cat decided it was a good idea to eat insulation from our unfinished basement, they were able to see us right away. Got my silly girl to vomit up that pink stuff ! I just picked up my dog from an appointment, and he is covered in urine to the point where he is soaked. I will never bring him back to this location. Unacceptable.
The five star is only in regard to Dr. McDonnel being Honest and having Integrity regarding a surgery performed on my dog.
Our first experience was awesome! The Dr and assistants were thorough in explaining the visit, follow-up visitsn their program and what to expect!!!
Dr. Mcdonald and the staff at THIS Banfield are amazing. Love it here!
