We went to see Dr. Stephens today, and I'm just going to say- FANTASTIC. The office was organized, lovely, and all the staff were SO friendly and welcoming of us first timers. Dr. Stephens in particular was so kind. She took her time, answered all of my new puppy parent questions, was obviously HIGHLY knowledgable, warm, and good with my kids.But, what I loved most was that she told us what she was doing, and why AND her thoughts at every point during the exam. Took our dog in for her regular exam and rabies shot. She loves Dr Carroll. We’ve only been there 4 times with 2 of our dogs and always had a great experience. Everyone there is so friendly and it takes our one dog a long time to really like a Dr but by the end of her first visit she was very comfortable with Dr Carroll and when i explain this they work her appts around my schedule and the drs schedule so she can continue to see the same one each time she has to go
REALLY hope no other family has to endure the absolutely horrible experience we did when we took a chance at this facility, shame on you all for the way you treated us. needless to say we will not be returning and have shared our experience with a significantly large dog group I manage to make them aware.
For many reasons I wouldn’t recommend this place, but the main reason right now is I’ve had to wait for over a month for my cats ashes!!! Paid 144 and was told I would have her back in 10 to 14 days. She came today, HOW DO YOU DO THIS TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN SUFFERING ALREADY! now I don’t even know if this is really my beloved Izzy’s ashes! Just like any of your veterinarians; expensive to have a pet but our goad to have had the health insurance plan to save me some money.
I just want to say thank you to all of this kind people at Banfield who helped my cat when she was still with us and helped us give her a beautiful cremation when she went over the Rainbow Bridge. You were not only good and her veterinary care but also and giving her a very peaceful passing and you were so consoling to my husband and I. Again, thank you so much.
