Dr. Downey and staff were extremely friendly, kind and loving towards my dog and us. I would highly recommend there services. Best Veterinarian I've ever been too.
I bring my cat here all the time and they always treat him so well! I recently had to have my husky Quinn put down, so I turned to the vets I knew and they went above and beyond for her. I just received a card today with her paw print and a note from every single person on their staff, I couldn't be more touched by this gesture, I'm so glad I found such a great vet's office, with such amazing staff.
I take both of my dogs there and they have been treated really well. Both doctors are very patient and caring. We always have lots of questions and they always make time to answer all of them. They know appa by name and shower him with lots of attention. The Insurance plan makes it easy for me to budget the necessary appointments. The facility is clean and comfortable.
Dr. Hurry and Dr. Downey are both wonderful. Today, Dr. Downey removed a mass from our Charlie’s undercarriage. She took the time to explain the procedure in great detail - both before after the process. The reception staff, the techs, all of them are fantastic. They share a common love of the animals in their care.
I love the Banfield program. It makes pet ownership so much more affordable for regular people. And the staff at Banfield, Hagerstown, are lovely. They are friendly and engaging, and take time to talk with you about complicated issues. Well done!
