I had an appointment at 2:30, they won’t do anything til 6:00, and I’m paying a lot of money for what, I’ll go else where next time. Must not have proper staff. I think it B.S , say goodbye to another customer.
My Min Pin's nail was cut down way too far and he was bleeding quite a bit...It was his bday and he couldn't even enjoy his party due to his hurt paw... They should pay more attention to what they're doing...
Very frustrating to call and schedule an appointment first thing in the morning, take time off from work, and arrive to find out the appointment wasn’t scheduled and they are booked solid.
We've been with you for almost 2 years with 2 dogs. Never once did my husband or I EVER think you would turn us away in an utter emergency!!! Thank you for your lack of caring in our time of urgency with our baby girl...
Amazing staff. We have 6 wellness plans and the vets there have being amazing especially in times of urgency.
