They managed to fit us in because my dog has been very sick this weekend. They were so good with my dog even though I couldn't go in with him, my dog felt comfortable with the Vet Tech and went right in with her. He looked so happy after his visit, I've never seen him so happy after a Vet Visit. They were very thorough with him and straight forward with what's going on with him. I hope this fixes him up but we'll be back if he needs anything else.
Quick visit. Very happy with check in and vet's recommendation for future care. My cat already is feeling better!

I brought my cat in today for an appointment at 4:00. The receptionist said that my appointment was actually at 4:30. This was news to me since I had called a few hours prior to the appointment to make sure the correct time was 4. The receptionist was polite but 100% unapologetic for the mix up and was unwilling/unable to see my pet at the time I had scheduled, even though I had a very nervous pet. People, you are better off using Wikipedia to diagnose and treat your pet than going to Banfield. You'd think that since you are a PET HOSPITAL, you'd actually CARE ABOUT PETS. My wish is not that you are shut down, but that you take the time to rebuild your business into what it should be.
