1 star. Would have rather given -1. They do not care about you or your pet. Absolutely no bedside manner. Very scammy and overpriced. Trust me when I say you can find better and more affordable care anywhere else. They left me in the office crying 8 mo pregnant thinking my cat was dying. She wasn’t but all they wanted to do was charge me $400 for any more “advice.” Despicable.
The staff is fantastic, they’re great with my dog and genuinely care about the animals well being
We had to bring our dog Nani in after her emergency vet visit for a check in. We usually go to Burnsville but decided to switch to Apple valley and we couldn’t be happier! Between the receptionists, techs, and the doctor, everyone was so kind and seemed to genuinely care about our dog and her condition. We will be using this location from now on!
