Cannot say thank you enough for the patience and understanding that the staff showed me when I came to pick up my 90lbs overly excited sick pup with my hysterical newborn. The baby couldn't be calmed and while waiting for discharge paperwork and instructions for the puppy, I broke down in tears and begged to leave and said I would call back for instructions. They need help. Need to hire someone with some smarts. Petsmart is not very smart keeping them in their. No one there could give me a answer.
I have been with Banfield for years but when I moved to the springs I started coming to this one. They have been nothing short of fabulous in taking care of our chihuahua Barney. They want what's best for your pet, not what costs the most. That to me is a quality vet!
The staff here are wonderful! Between two dogs and two cats I think we've seen everyone who works there and every experience has been great. They helped us with an unforeseen emergency with our senior kitty and still ask about him even when we just pop in to say hello while we're shopping.
