My grandmother is staying with me because of Covid. She is a client at a different Banfield in WA. Her dog is terminally ill. They refused to fill a prescription even after I explained the situation. There is a shortage on the medication. I spent hours in the phone and driving to different locations to try to find it. They would rather let my Grandmother’s dog die than to make an exception and fill a prescription. Horrible customer service especially for a vet. I was appalled.

The entire staff was wonderful. I was running late, and I called hoping to still get in. Not only did they get me in right away, but they moved people around to accommodate everyone to be seen right away. They treated our Doodle with lots of love despite her trepidation. For the reasonable cost, respect for the customer and fur baby's mamas, and not being rushed, I am happy to give Banfield 5-stars.
