The staff and veterinarians are all professional and very kind. Like most cats, ny cat doesn't enjoy her vet trips in general but everyone at Banfield makes her visits as painless as possible.
We have been with Banfield for a few years now. Today was the last straw. We have 7 rescue babies and several have medical needs. We picked up a stray 11 days ago. All of them are on wellness plans except this new pup. 5 attend doggy daycare. However, this is the second time that the ridiculous staff members have made comments about us having too many pets, suggesting that I find a rescue, etc . I have used Banfield for well over 20 years. I’ve had multiple animals on Banfield and I’ve never had an issue with anything and a few days ago I had a cat die of old age and I called to cancel the wellness plan and I am informed that I have a $800 Vet bill and I ask why and they said because I canceled the wellness plan so I have to pay for everything that was done which only a couple things that would’ve been maybe $300 at most but they said because I canceled the wellness plan before the end of the year I have to pay all ... read more
This review is for Dr. Kraft. Our dog was bit by a much larger dog and needed to be seen urgently. She fit us in right away and was calm and confident in her treatment of our hurting dog and in discussions with us (the anxious fur parents). Her treatment was successful and our dog is completely fine. I’m so grateful to her!
