RecommendedI have two cats and two dogs so I’ve been there a bunch of times. My animals got great care. The staff that works with the animals is great. My only problem is the turn over of the front desk person. Seems like new person too often doesn’t know how to deal with computer, answering phone and checking in pets. At times comes across as rude but maybe just stress of not knowing the job. Next time I go in it’s a different person prior one when asked about no longer works at the office.

Very rude. No, I don't want to wait a week to bring my dog with a hurt leg in or drop her off without me. This isn't the first time they have been rude. Will not be using them again!
The receptionist and Veterinarian at Banfield turned my Sweet mouse Elliott away after I was told a year ago if I bought the mouse that they would treat him for whatever reason. They must have a new staff because Elliott got sick and then refused to see him. They told me to call the Banfield on University. They refused as well and told me that I would have to drive out of town to Hartselle, Al. I cried for days trying to find a Veteranarian to see him.
