She almost didn't make it and I had never been through something like this before so I had no idea what to do, and was short on funds. I always received wonderful care at Banfield. When my Lucy’s life was near the end they had such compassion and concern. I even received a special card in the mail signed by all the employees. It made it a little easier knowing she was also loved by others that knew her. Thank you is not enough!
We take our pup and cat there and both love all the techs and vets. My cat is fond of people but she adores the workers there, she wants out of the carrier as soon as she sees them so she can love on them. Our puppy can be quite a handful but they absolutely adore him. He's had a string of bad luck with injuries here lately and they call and check up on him a day or two after each appointment and ask about him when we go in, even if he isn't with us. They love their animals there and know what they're talking about.
We love Dr. Lee and her wonderful staff. Our dog is always happy to see the vet at Decatur's Pet Smart.
the vets are super sweet, the staff already knows my puppy by name , the are so sweet and helpful with his problem he has with his foot, we enjoy every visit
Dr. Johanna Lee and the staff at the Decatur, AL location are my heroes today. I took my dog Sydney in for what I already figured was an ear infection with a hematoma (thanks to Google, ha). I called 30 min prior to this location's opening time and conveniently got a same day appointment during my lunch time on a workday where I had booked myself solid all day. I loved this place they took such good care of our dog Jughead. I know he is in such a better place now. I will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you so much to Dr.Lee and your staff you are all truly amazing people. I appreciate all of your kindness.
The Doctors are very knowledgeable and a caring staff was super good to my pets, but calling me 5 times while in the gym, and a pet nurse texting me from her personal phone about money she said I didn't give to her before I left with receipt in my hand , and now I owe it again ? I asked if there were cameras to see if someone had pick the money up , but they don't work :( I have to go pay when I get enough to pay again , good office visit .. bad check out :(
