RecommendedWe have 3 dogs and have been going to Banfield in Rock Hill for over 2 years now. Yesterday, we had to put down our almost 15 year old fur baby. It was a tough day, but like always, the Team at Banfield was amazing! Thank you Amanda, Dr. Armstrong and Danielle for helping us take our girl to the rainbow bridge. We ❤️ you all!

I have been here twice now, and I'm not happy with either experiences. The doctor was nice, put the vet tech made me feel like because I wasn't signing up for whatever wellness plan- she wasn't going to assist as much. She perked up only when the doctor was in the room, but when it was just her she was cold towards us. My cat was examined, but very quickly. She is sick, and I definitely feel like I would receive better care at my main vet's office. I will not be coming here again.
Love this place, the staff love my girls, even followed up on my baby when she had to have surgery with a specialist. Hours are fabulous and monthly plan is convenient!
