Today was my first experience with Banfield. My dog had an allergic reaction to something. They got him in promptly. Dr. Mills was so kind and attentive. In fact, the entire staff was! He's got his medicine and is on his way to feeling better! Thank you so much for taking care of my fur baby!!!
Jamz, our fur baby, passed away last Wednesday, 3/31/17. I contacted Banfield the following morning and spoke with Cindy to inform them. She is an AMAZING person. She spoke with me, offered comfort and support, and was simply there while I sobbed on the phone for what seemed like forever. But it never bothered her at all. They got my dog right in without an appointment. Within an hour she was tested and out the door with treatment plan and meds. Alyssa and Kayla were so kind and understanding of my concern for my dog, and my financial situation. The vet came out to talk to me, and took the time to answer all my questions. Although, it is expensive, but there's nothing I wouldn't do for my pets.
I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart. Having to put a pet down is not an easy decision to make. However,not only were they compassionate and caring but so respectful with her passing. I went in today to pick up my cats ashes, and the presentation with her ashes was so beautiful. To my surprise, there was a personalized card with some heart felt notes from all the staff. Overpriced and Dr. Adams needs to go back to school. Totally misdiagnosed and put my baby on meds he didn't need. Another vet, did same physical exam and could tell he had hurt his back. He didn't need a "total work-up". If you want to keep your hard earned money in your pocket, find another vet.
They are amazing with my pup. Everytime we have came in everyone that works there talks to her and loves on her and tells her how beautiful and sweet she is. And the wellness plans are amazing. I've been telling all my friends about this place. I'll never use another vet again.
