When I first walked into Banfield, my dog Rosa needed an expensive eye removal surgery, and I couldn't afford it. The people at Banfield worked with me to get the cost down and put us on a plan. Dr. Mills was great through her surgery, and he was there again when her other eye had to be removed a year later. Throughout her life, Christina, Cindy, and Dr. Adams provided excellent care along with the rest of the team at Banfield. They have been more than a vet's office to us. Dr. Adams and the entire team at Banfield are amazing. They are so caring for our medically fragile dog. Dr. Adams takes a moment after each appointment to let us know how our fur babies are progressing. I highly recommend Banfield! Thanks for all you do!
Not a great first impression. Booked an appointment for 5:30 pm online this afternoon for my dog. My husband got there with our dog a little early cuz we knew we’d have to fill out 1st time paperwork. He was there for 20 minutes before someone told him there hadn’t been a vet there since 3 pm. And that was the fill-in vet. Apparently booking an appointment online means squat. So he booked one for tomorrow evening before he left.
