I have taken my three kitties to Banfield Pet Hospital on 82nd for over 5 years now. Always have been satisfied. But 2 weeks ago, I called for an appointment for one of my boys, something is wrong with his eye. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I have a very hard time believing that there was not one appointment available when they are open on weekends and weekdays. I have the availability to take them in anytime that is available. Something is definitely wrong here.
They have messed up our appointments. The first time they just said they had nothing set up for us and nothing scheduled at all going forward. The very next time I come in on my way to work and they say their surgeon called in sick and would need reschedule our appointment. There was no call to tell us not to come. Now my cat had to hang out in my car all day since I did not have time to go home before work. Thank god it wasn't a hot day.
I am so grateful for the care I have been given here!! I miss having Dr Horner yet the other Vets have been wonderful! I would like to say a special shout out to Dr Graham who was so caring to our Sophie!!! Having to change primary doctor was hard in a hard time for Sophie and she made it easier. She has a very warm caring way about her. I feel very grateful Thank you!!1

I love Banfield. They have a wonderful caring and loving staff. They know me and both my dogs by name. They greet us when we walk in. They have always seen us as a walk in when bad things happen. The longest I have had to wait was an hour. I trust them completely with my dogs Bull & Brutus my Boston babies.
For one receptionists were not friendly at all. I then sat and waited 1 1/2 hours to finally have my puppy's leg x-ray. As she is whimpering and whining in pain. Worst location I have been to, I won't ever take my dog back here.
