Because they are liars and scammers and these young vets think they know everything and no common sense! Was quoted online one price for spaying and then higher of course when you get there. Then all the extra costs they keep adding on. Was told if I did the wellness program I’d only pay $116 the day I came in the have Dash spayed. Day of spaying and now they want $400 from me!!!!!! I came to an appointment that I made explaining to then that my dog is in pain and needs his meds. as I walk in another customer left upset. I approached the desk and they said that I didn't have an appointment even though I had the card with the time and date she gave. then they said well they can't see my dog and they didn't care that he is in pain. These guys are jerks Don't come here
After 10 years of putting up with them being too busy to see my pets in times of dire need, screwing up meds and appointments - hurting my pets while at the facility - I ended ALL my wellness plans over yet another misdiagnosis - with the exception of Dr Westdahl they are the worst veterinary facility I’ve ever been in.
When i got my kitten lilly. We became wellness plan members, ALL of the staff are very friendly, caring and knowledgable. I couldn't be happier taking my baby to their office knowing she will be getting the best care!!! Thank you HAPPY VALLEY , OR.
I would like to thank the hospital staff at this location for caring for our family pet Pepper while we are deployed. My mother is taking care of our elderly little Yorkie and had nothing but wonderful things to share. Pepper always does so well there. Thank you Dr Therneau, Dr Wauman, Dr Westdahl, and Dr Douglass for seeing our narotic little girl and taking such good care of her. If you need a preventive heath care plan this isn't a bad place but if your puppy gets sick on a Tuesday night after 800 pm there closed and if you call first thing in the morning you can't get in for days they are so understaffed and this could mean life or death to these little guys of course they recommend the v c a which is very expensive last two times I had to go there it was over 700 dollars each time with no price reduction
This is the rudest Animal Hospital in the world they have no care or some Passion for Pets they literally took my pet off of medication because I don't have the money to get in there right now and now my cat will probably die from heart attack
