First off I'd like to start by saying we go to a different location usually and have a perfectly fine time but our dog is sick, not sleeping and in pain we had to go with the soonest appointment. This location was different our dog spent 10+ unexpected hours WITHOUT them updating us at the vet. I have been taking my cats to Banfield for some years. This morning my cat Smoky suddenly took ill. I called Banfield & the receptionist without any apparent sympathy brushed me off to contact some ER place in the Springs. My cat was clearly v unwell, so we took her to the closest vet we could find where she had to be put down. Worthless people and a rip off company. Told me a had a free examination set up and after I drove from Pueblo to Monument they tell me I am not eligible for the free exam cause I took a different dog in in 2008. They had plenty of chances to tell me on the phone but decided to let me drive over an hour to be turned away at the door. What a worthless group of stupid individuals.
RecommendedWonderful and caring medical staff! Dr. Matt and 2 techs came out to the car to examine my bloodhound. She was in so much pain, getting her out of my car would have been traumatizing for all of us. After a thorough once over, an injection was given to help ease her pain and to calm her. I left with a detailed list of instructions, meds, suggestions and referrals to help her mend.
