not good and expensive Banfield is expensive. I will never take my dog back. the vet is very busy.I had a dog about 3 years ago and the Banfield offered free first vet check so I took my dog there. The vet basically just touched him and told me that he was healthy. He did not even listened to his heart and checked his knees. I will not recommend Banfield The Pet Hospital to anybody.
RecommendedJust that your Receptionist Aprilnot really friendly and it seems like when asking her questions she acts like she don’t want to When you’re confused about. Answer something and needing help that should be done the right way she really needs to learn to smile with people because she always looks like she’s angry so I really don’t like asking too much sorry about putting her name out

These amazing people did everything they could for us to help save our 1.5 year old german Shepherd june. She became ill with salmon poisoning and is our baby they all show love and affection for our girl and we appreciate them all more than anyone could know. ❤️ thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping our baby girl heal we aren’t quite out of the woods but i have faith she will make a come back. Experienced and kind people
I have been with Banfield a long time. Dr Coker and Below are the ONLY Vets we take our pooches to. Both are amazing, loving and caring. Dr. Coker is our favorite and adores our dogs. If it wasn't for Dr. Coker we might not have kept our German Shepherd but she encouraged us to keep at it and we are better pet owners for it. Thank you to all the staff there who are wonderful and really care about pets.
It is so unfortunate that you have to deal with the young lady at the front desk before you can actually get an appointment. I have never had any complaints with the veterinary staff there but after my dealings with the front desk, I can’t be bothered going back. Customer service and courtesy with dealing with clients does not seem to be a prerequisite for employment.
