They wouldn’t see our pup that ingested something bad at 6:15pm because they were closing at 7.... It seems like they might want to reassess their calling.
RecommendedApril sure isn’t very friendly on the phone when you call for something. No people skills once so ever and kinda sarcastic. Really shouldn’t have a job answering phones. Everyone else I talk to there is wonderful!!
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Krause. She is the best veterinarian, has loved my golden boy since he was six weeks old! She's so compassionate and wonderful, treats all fur babies with love. April at the front desk also deserves a shout-out, always professional and works really hard to meet your needs as a pet parent!! Thank you Chad Drive Banfield Staff, you are the best!!!!
I've been to Banfield twice now, with our baby, Oliver! Everyone at Banfield has been absolutely amazing!! All the Dr.s and staff are so nice and explain everything with ease and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
This was our first time seeing Dr. Krause, our cocker spaniel is terrified of the vets and we heard not a peep from her. Dr. Krause was amazing, so gentle, put us both at ease. It was a great experience.
Dr Krause is amazing. She was so gentle with our sweet Bella as she gets very anxious at the Vet. Not only did she put Bella at ease with her calm rapport, she did the same for us. As mom and dad to fur babies, this kind of treatment helps us through our day without our baby, knowing she is in good hands.
