Banfield Hospital signed me up for a one year payment plan, then continued to charge me after the year was up without written or verbal consent. When I noticed I was still being charged after the year and called to cancel, they didn't allow me to cancel my plan for either cat. Here we are two years later, one cat euthanized and these scumbags are still trying to charge me.
