I have a relationship with Banfeild family of Veterinarians, technicians and support staff since I moved here from St. Louis late 1996. They are always so wonderful. My fog rogue had demodex and they found it so fast we were able to rid it with ivermectin. All my dogs love seeing everyone there and they are always good to us. Thank you for everything you do. People are not perfect and we understand mistakes can be made from time to time but you have given my dogs the best care and for this we are grateful.
Today was the second time we brought our cat to Banfield to be looked at. We brought him in in September and learned that he had diabetes. His condition was getting worse as he moved into his 15th year of life so we made an appointment to get him checked out. Dr Jenny Smith was so supportive and compassionate. The nurse, Summer, was just as kind. Because of Jasper's state we had to make a very hard decision.
