We love Dr. Smith! We just feel that Banfield cares only about the money, and not the pets at all.
I've always had a good experience at the location, but due to corporate actions I will no longer be using Banfield or recommending them. The company has no sympathy or compassion, and just looks at the accounts for their dollar value.
My step-daughter called the Broken Arrow location at 8:04am on Monday 9/23/2019 and explained what was going on with her cat and when she was finished the person on the phone laughed at her. She was so shocked by the woman’s response all she could say was “ok I’m gonna go now”. This was extremely upsetting for her and EXTREMELY unprofessional of the associate. We will never use a Banfield again if this is how the associates are going to respond the members of our family.

Dr. Smith is one in a million. We unfortunately had to put our puppy down and she has been Maci's vet since she was little. She was amazing with us, she helped us through this very heartbreaking time and her compassion is above all the best. Thank you Dr. Smith for loving Maci.
I’m seriously considering cancelling my preventative plan with Banfield. We have had it for more than 5 years, but Banfield is really becoming a low-level service provider. Last time our pet had an emergency, we found out the clinics had decided out of the blue to start closing on Sundays. Preventative members weren’t given the courtesy of any notice whatsoever about the change.
