I cannot express how disappointing this place is. They moved my poor pregnant cats appointment so much, we cancelled. Then they tell us we owe $175 for our puppy and we go to pay noticing our cards were taken, and we hadn’t noticed until then, and explain and the lady says it’s fine come pay it before it goes to collections. We had cash she wouldn’t take. And we had our card picture and DL pictures which we know is not standard but a we can for sure proven it’s us and this situation just sucks type of thing. RecommendedI came to Banfield after being completely frustrated with a lack of answers from my previous vet clinic. I just felt like they wanted money for tests and didn't care about my dog. Dr Sawula was amazing at giving me all the info and options I needed to make a decision for treatment. It was definitely the right decision to go to Banfield!
The staff is very caring and helpful. I’m thankful for Dr.Heather Graham’s caring, professionalism and knowledge. I won’t take my fur boys anywhere else! We have the wellness plan for both of our boys and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can take them in without worrying about money all the time. I’m glad they have drop off option as well as an appointment option. They have some awesome veterinarians here but their prices are a joke. Also if you have their wellness plan where you play every single month be prepared to pay more if you go in with your dog/animal with a problem the wellness plan doesn't cover much. DO NOT waste your money getting it, if you animal had problems get real pet insurance no need in making this company rich, it really doesn't cover much if anything for what you pay monthly.
I love ❤️ Banfield and Dr. Heather Graham!! Both of my boys, Jack & Edward, are seen by her. Last July, Jack was mis-diagnosed and Dr. Graham caught what was going on with a second check up. He had a massive ear infection, she referred me to a specialist and he’s doing so much better now. I cannot thank her enough. 😺
